Pet Car Nest in Waterproof Dika Mercerized Fabric, 60 x 50 x 55cm

This pet car nest is a structured travel bed for cats and small dogs, supplied with a cushion and sized at 60 x 50 x 55cm. It is made from composite waterproof Dika mercerized fabric with PP cotton filling, and it comes in light grey, dark grey or beige. The purpose is straightforward: to give a pet a consistent, contained place in the car rather than letting it move freely across seats or in the footwell. For owners who travel regularly with a pet, a dedicated car nest can make journeys more organised. The waterproof fabric description is taken from the source text, and the PP cotton filling adds a padded layer beneath the cushion. No further performance claims, weight limits or safety certifications are provided, so the product should be assessed on the stated materials, size and design.

Features and Construction

The main construction details are the composite waterproof Dika mercerized fabric outer and the PP cotton filling. These materials are named in the source text and form the basis of the product's practical use. The nest is available in three colours and includes a cushion, so the buyer receives the outer nest and the base cushion together.

Material and Build

The outer is made from composite waterproof Dika mercerized fabric. In practice, a waterproof outer is useful in a car because it can help limit the effect of small spills, damp paws or accidental mess on the seat beneath. The PP cotton filling provides the padded structure of the nest. The source text does not state a filling weight, fabric thickness or waterproof rating, so no numerical performance claim can be made. The cushion is included and sits within the nest as the soft base. These are the only material and construction details provided.

Size and Practical Fit

The stated size is 60 x 50 x 55cm. That gives a clear footprint to check against a car seat, boot or passenger footwell. Because the dimensions are given as a single set, buyers should measure their intended space before ordering. The nest is not described as foldable, collapsible or adjustable in the source text, so its packed size is not known. It is also not described as machine washable. The known practical fit information is therefore limited to the 60 x 50 x 55cm measurement and the stated materials.

Uses and Placement

This product is described as a pet car nest, so its primary use is in a vehicle. It can also be used as a pet kennel or indoor nest when placed on a stable floor surface, but the source text does not make separate indoor performance claims. The colour options allow it to be matched to a car interior or a home room without changing the product's function.

Event or Professional Use

For travel to the vet, groomer or a weekend trip, a defined nest can help keep a pet in one area of the car. The 60 x 50 x 55cm size provides a specific space to plan around. The waterproof fabric is relevant for journeys where paws may be damp or where a water bowl is carried nearby. The product is not described as crash-tested, certified or suitable for use as a car safety seat, so it should not be presented as a replacement for a seat belt harness or carrier that has been officially tested.

Everyday Home Use

At home, the nest can be placed on the floor as a pet kennel or resting spot. The included cushion gives the base a defined layer, and the PP cotton filling supports the structure. The light grey, dark grey and beige options allow it to sit within different room colour schemes. The source text does not state that the cover is removable or machine washable, so cleaning should be limited to wiping the waterproof fabric surface where possible. No further home-use claims are supported by the available data.

Benefits and Buying Value

The value of this pet car nest comes from its stated materials, its size and its included cushion. It offers a single-item solution for owners who want a defined pet space in the car without assembling a separate bed and liner. The waterproof fabric description and PP cotton filling are the main material benefits named in the source text.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The composite waterproof Dika mercerized fabric outer is the main feature for repeat use in a car. A waterproof surface can be wiped with a damp cloth, which is a low-risk cleaning method for this type of material. The PP cotton filling and included cushion are not described as removable or washable, so no machine-washing instruction can be given. The product can be reused whenever the pet travels, provided it is placed on a stable surface and checked before each journey. These points are based only on the stated materials and design.

Why Choose This Product

Choose this pet car nest if the stated 60 x 50 x 55cm size suits the space available, if the waterproof Dika mercerized fabric outer is a useful feature for your journeys, and if you want a cushion included. It is available in light grey, dark grey or beige, giving three colour choices within the same design. The source text does not provide price comparisons, weight limits, safety ratings or care certifications, so the buying decision should rest on the known dimensions, materials and included cushion. For a simple, colour-matched pet travel nest, these are the supported details.
